01

The complete measurement chain

Reliable measurement involves more than sensor selection. Mechanical load transfer, cable shielding, indicator resolution and vibration are assessed together. Multi-channel applications also require defined sampling and update behaviour.

02

Controlled dosing

Coarse/fine feeding, stop delay and cutoff parameters are established through tests for the material flow. Liquids and solids may require different sensors and actuators. Acceptance tolerances are agreed against capacity and process requirements.

  • Load cell and indicator integration
  • PLC target/actual quantity comparison
  • Modbus-based weighing control
  • Zero, tare, calibration and drift checks
03

Calibration and traceability

Calibration methods, reference weights, measurement ranges and repeatability records are defined in the delivery scope. Applications subject to legal metrology require their own verification procedures and authorised bodies. Automation software alone does not provide legal measurement approval.

Technical questions

Can accuracy be guaranteed in advance?

A fixed accuracy value cannot be promised without assessing capacity, mechanical design and site conditions. Measurable acceptance criteria follow the technical review.
