01

What do PLC and SCADA do in a batching plant?

The PLC manages local I/O and process sequences. SCADA provides status, settings, alarms and reporting. Behaviour during a computer disconnection must be specified. Safety functions should not depend solely on a PC screen or network link.

02

How should weighing stability be assessed?

Cabling, mechanical installation and environment are part of a load cell measurement system. Calibration needs a suitable reference, and repeatability should be checked at different loads. Software filtering can reduce vibration effects but cannot fix a mechanical issue. Dosing criteria must define how target and actual values are compared.

03

Is reading a Modbus register enough?

Register type, byte/word order, scaling, update interval and timeout behaviour must all be specified. A value read with an incorrect data type may look plausible yet be wrong. Communication failures should expose data quality and timestamp information to the operator.

04

What belongs in a control panel enquiry?

Motor ratings, I/O list, supply voltage, environment, enclosure size and control sequences are starting information. Tests and field interface boundaries matter alongside drawings and components. Identical component lists do not necessarily describe identical deliverables.

Data mapping for Turkish e-dispatch integrations

Production records and dispatch documents represent different workflows. Vehicle, product, unit, customer and document states must map to the external system. Transaction identity and reconciliation prevent duplicate documents on retries. Fiscal and regulatory document rules require confirmation with the authorised provider and relevant company specialists.
