Data categories, collection and purposes
Name, email, project details and selected service, plus any supplied company, phone or country information, are received electronically through the form or email. They are used to respond, assess technical needs and conduct pre-contract discussions. Server access information is generated automatically for operation and security. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Legal grounds and recipients
Enquiries and proposals rely, where the conditions apply, on processing directly related to entering or performing a contract under Article 5/2(c). Website security is assessed under the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5/2(f), subject to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. Necessary information may be available to authorised company staff and hosting/email providers, and to public authorities when legally required. New services involving international transfers will require assessment of the applicable legal conditions before activation.
Rights and requests
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction and, where conditions apply, erasure or destruction and notification to recipients, object to adverse results of solely automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
