Panel architecture for the application
Power and control layout is assessed against the load schedule, fault conditions, ambient temperature and maintenance access. PLC panels, MCC assemblies and variable-frequency drive panels have different technical requirements.
Drawing and wiring discipline
Electrical diagrams, terminal plans, cable schedules and device labels are prepared together. Clear field interfaces reduce ambiguity during installation and maintenance. On retrofit projects, existing drawings are checked against actual wiring.
- PLC, I/O and communication layout
- Motor protection and drive selection
- Duct, terminal and earthing arrangement
- Revision traceability and handover documents
Testing and commissioning
Factory tests may include wiring checks, I/O simulation, sequences and alarms. On site, motor direction, sensor feedback and plant interlocks are checked. Applicable standards, conformity documentation and certification requirements are assessed for the order; no unverified certification is claimed.
Technical questions
Which documents are needed for a quotation?
Start with the load schedule, motor ratings, I/O list, environmental conditions, enclosure limits and any existing drawings.
