Collection methods and data scope

Data is obtained directly through the online form you submit, email correspondence and technical server records created during visits. The form collects your name, email, selected service, message and acknowledgement that the notice was read. Company, telephone and country are optional. Access records may include IP, time, URL, status and browser information. A language choice or dismissal of the language suggestion is saved in browser storage for the current domain. Sensitive data, payment details and identity documents are outside the purpose of these forms.

Purposes and legal framework

Identity, contact and project details are used to answer your request and discuss a quotation; processing directly related to entering a contract is assessed under Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye’s KVKK. Technical records and temporary IP digests support service security; the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5(2)(f) must be assessed without overriding fundamental rights. Article 5(2)(e) may concern establishing or protecting rights, and Article 5(2)(ç) a specific legal duty, where applicable. The nature of each request matters; consent is not a blanket basis for every activity. The reading acknowledgement is not marketing consent. GDPR applicability depends on the activity and the person’s circumstances; publishing several languages does not itself establish compliance with every GDPR requirement.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Enquiry content reaches relevant authorised SOPON personnel and the Natro email service for delivery or storage. Technical access records may be processed as part of server operation. Disclosure to competent authorities may occur where legally required. Ask info@sopon.com.tr about data locations and provider subprocessors; this notice does not assert an unverified country or transfer safeguard for the provider. Any international transfer requires assessment of the applicable transfer conditions. This notice specifies no approved universal period for mailbox and IIS records; enquiry handling, contracts, legal duties and protection of rights must determine retention.

Your rights and requests

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, request information if it is, learn its purpose and whether use matches that purpose, learn recipients, correct incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where conditions are met and notification to recipients, object to adverse results of solely automated analysis, and seek redress for unlawful processing. You can send a written request to the company address or contact info@sopon.com.tr for the appropriate request method; secure verification of identity or authority may be needed. Ordinary email does not replace a prescribed formal request method in every case. Where GDPR applies, rights may also include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where conditions are met, and a complaint to a competent supervisory authority; consent can be withdrawn for processing based on it.
